Noni Juice

I was on the Noni juice regiment for a year; I even stopped drinking coffee while on it. I am considering going back to drinking Noni juice again…what are the thoughts about this miracle tonic? All medical, homeopathic, or just plain experience, welcomed. Also, I am planning on conceiving by end of year, any conflict with the Noni juice and pregnancy? Thank you all in advance for your responses!

“Noni juice is not the best tasting juice but it’s a VERY good antioxidant and is a good general health tonic than can help to boost your immune system, regulates cell function and regenerates damaged cells for good health. Noni juice has no issues with pregnancy; there are no warnings about Noni and pregnancy, so Noni juice won’t be a problem.

Noni juice is a good source of carbohydrates, protein, vitamin C and Vitamin A. Goji juice is very good for good skin. Noni juice is mostly blended with other fresh juices because a pure Noni juice’s taste is quite poor. Noni juice has some minor side effects like cough, bad gas, headache, heavy period, rashes and pimples. These side effects are mostly the result of over dose and are generally reduced or eliminate within 24 hours after reducing the dosage of Noni juice or reduced to half.”

It's not the best tasting juice (which is why it's commonly with other juices)…. but it's a VERY good antioxidant and is a good general health tonic than can help to boost your immune system.

As far as the pregnancy issue, there are no warnings about Noni and pregnancy (which is normal for most fruits), so it should be no problem.
